Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@barbellgrips.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior contact may not be processed.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
