How does it work?

You simply slide on the weight plate of your choosing and secure it with a suitable clip or collar.

Then conduct wrist curls (palm up) and reverse wrist curls (palm down) by:

(1) grabbing the handle with both hands then

(2) raising and lowering the weight while keeping your forearms stationary.

What exercises can it be used for?
